For this reason, we offer you our Managed Services deal – we will maintain a full backup copy of your VPS server, not just of your websites and data, but also all the custom settings that you have created. Our backup scripts are run each week, preserving all the customizations that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

And this is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can come in real handy. It’s an essential part of our Managed Services package, which enables you to ask any of our senior system administrators to install any kind of software application and to rectify any problem that you are experiencing with the VPS.

Our Managed Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Servers.
